- Better online presence
- Updated corporate image
- Updated in store image
- Unique product packaging
This client has a seasoned staff of product experts, a dedicated marketing team and skilled leadership. However, despite the robust team, they had some skill gaps and that’s where The Start Company fits in. We helped the pros at Herbs of Mexico identify areas for improvement in their overall marketing and corporate image. These are some of the main issues we set out to help them resolve:
- Out-of-date logo and brand
- Out-of-date website with lack of visual interest for the visitor
- Tired in-store decor
- inconsistent branding across different media
Updating a Brand:
We started the project by recreating the corproate logo. This business has been around for a long time and the master logo image was lost. We recreated the file so that it could be updated and implemented in fresh new ways. We showed the client how a logo can be used not just as a header, but as a creative design element to pull together a tightly knit marketing image.
We carried the new corporate image through the website, in-store signage and product packaging. We have worked with the client extensively on product design and visual representations to make their products look great in monthly mailers, catalogs as well as online third party retail like Amazon and eBay.
Herbs of Mexico understands how in-store visuals can make all the difference. The Start Company provided the client with large format window stickers to create a professionally designed inviting atmosphere. We also provided lifestyle posters for the inside of the store to create a welcoming inviting feeling. Finally, we assisted Herbs of Mexico with creating product display signs to make the customer experience better.
Although the client was satisfied with the performance of their eCommerce website we updated the look and implemented visual elements throughout to improve customer stickiness and increase conversion. We recommended monthly front page updates to keep the inventory and content fresh and give visitors a reason to come back. Today we continue to work with Herbs of Mexico to maintain their print and web monthly updates to ensure that the messaging, branding and quality of are consistent across all media.
Since we started working with this client they have opened two additional store locations and continue to expand the reach of their market though online sales.
