The Small Business Watchdog

November 7th, 2008 | Business Strategy

The Office of Advocacy of the US Small Business Administration has launched a new blog focusing on regulatory issues, small business research, state regulatory activity called the The Small Business Watchdog.  In their own words, the Office of Advocacy “examines the role and status of small business in the economy and independently represents the views of small business to federal agencies, Congress, and the President.”

This new blog is designed to create a dialog directly between small business owners and the Presidentially appointed Chief Counsel who is charged with representing the views of small businesses on capitol hill.

Although the blog is barely a few weeks old, we are sure that it will grow into a useful resource to compliment the small business statistics and research found on the rest of their website.
